Best book I’ve had in my hands lately is “Instruments in the Redeemer’s Hands” by Paul Trip (or Ted Trip if you’re talking to Zach Hanlon).

Apparently, my Biblical Counseling MDIV wife has a whole stack of his books that I never knew about until he came to do the marriage conference.

The book is ROCK SOLID. Every paragraph is worth stopping to think through!

Well, I have a few more than three going at once. I do love a pen instead of a highlighter – and a journal beside me usually.
Then I also keep me phone and a Bible handy – mainly to send out encouraging things I read to people who might be able to use it.
Then I usually either do a book review or a personal thoughts (or both) on the blog when done.

Thanks for the examples of your excel and word documents. Very helpful

Just finished a great book geared towards Muslim ministry but applicable to any outreach. Carl Medaris’s “Muslims, Christians, and Jesus”

I like the word doc thing. I’ve tried doing similar outlines. By the way also just finished that baby book for men, you know the one written like a how to manuel.

I am currently reading JD’s book. Review to come.
