Save the Date: Guest Services Workshop (take two)
Over in Summit Connections Team land, we’re in high gear prepping for our first ever One Day Workshop on guest services. On April 22 we’ll have 40 leaders from NC, SC, FL, TN, VA, MO, and NY gather to discuss all things first impressions.
Because of the fantastic response, we are adding a second date for the Workshop. Same content, different crowd. So if you couldn’t get in on the first one, I hope you’ll join us for the second one!
The fine print:
- The workshop will be held on Friday, June 17 from 9 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Registration begins on Wednesday, April 27th. (Don’t worry: I’ll post a note right here on the blog to remind you.)
