…… so when I stop laughing hysterically, I might be able to start working again. This is standup comedy material Danny…you’re in the wrong field (oops, forgive me Lord). LOL, LOL!!!

  2. Lauren Dyson says:

I am so sorry for your experience, but I have never laughed so hard in all my life.

That was the FUNNIEST thing I’ve heard all week…glad to know that Haven is doing fine after the trauma!

  4. JT says:

This is literary gold….how you come up with this stuff still amazes me.

Glad your little princess is doing fine. I wish I could have seen your reaction to puke man.

  5. LT says:

I can not get the picture out of my head of you trying to avoid puke man at all cost! That is disgusting and gross!!!! Glad Haven is okay and you all survived the waiting room experience and hopefully without getting the puke stuff. (Velcro Haven’s chair to the table next time.)

  6. Carolyn says:

Danny, I have never, ever found it so hard to hold back a laugh when hearing about a hurt child. Honestly, life at your house must be o so joyful : )

  7. Alistair says:

Don’t incidents like that add colour to our lives! Thanks for the laugh.

  8. Pam Waller says:

Love your stories and I feel your pain as far as Duke ER! You do have the gift of “humor”!

My son was and is strong willed like Haven. And you may take note, he is the only child I have.

  10. Audra Hodges says:

Danny, I just have to say that given we’re in the middle of our bonding trip with our new daughter in Haiti and that emotions have been a total roller coaster this week, THIS post was much needed. I laughed so hard that I cried. So, so glad that Haven was fine! I really think you should write a book – I’d for sure buy it.

  11. Danny says:

Jon (JT), remember the large snoring German on the Turkey flight? That was about how close PukeMan felt to me.

Audra, I can’t WAIT to meet Monica!
