    You do an amazing job at this. We had a speaker from Disney come to talk to my company about customer experience and you were the first person I thought of. And honestly I had already heard you talk about most of the things he covered through your First Impressions training and this blog. I think this is something practical we can all take to our workplaces/daily lives too. Keep up the great work!
