Join Me at the Connect Conference!
My friends over at Connect Ministries love the local church, and they love local church leaders. For over 15 years they’ve partnered with churches across America to bring the day camp experience to their own backyards (over 1,000 weeks worth of camps so far!), and empowered those churches to build ongoing outreach efforts in their own communities.
Next year, the Connect Ministries team is introducing the Connect Conference, a three-day immersive experience designed to equip anyone who wants to become more effective in helping their church meet new people.
Connect Conference
January 26-28, 2026
Brentwood Baptist Church
At the 2026 conference, they’re dialing in on four major people groups that churches should seek to build life-giving relationships with:
- Gen Z
- Moms / young parents
- Those in the digital realm
- Church volunteers
I’ll be speaking on building life-giving relationships with volunteers: leading a keynote and three breakout workshops to help you walk away with a clear plan to lead others.
Other speakers include Dr. Robert Smith (Beeson Divinity School), Mandy Arioto (The MomCo), Dave Bagwell (Passion City Church), Jonathan Morrow (Impact 360 Institute), David Kinnaman (Barna), and more.
And maybe my favorite part: the Connect Conference happens just outside of Nashville, Tennessee, one of my favorite cities on the planet. Nashville is home to country music, hot chicken, and – let’s be honest – more bachelorette parties on pedal taverns than society should allow.
Discounts (and a giveaway!)
Because my friends at the Connect Conference are ridiculously generous, they’ve made it possible for you to attend cheap or free. Head over to the site and use my code DANNY20 for $20 off your registration (hurry before fall pricing ends!).
And, the Connect team is allowing me to bring a friend. And because I don’t have many friends, I’m taking requests. Here’s how to score a FREE registration:
- Make sure you’re subscribed to the blog.
- Contact me and tell me why you want to attend Connect Conference 2026 (the more you make me laugh, the better your chances).
- I’ll pick a winner on October 16 and send you all the details.
- (And of course, you’re responsible for your own transportation costs, lodging, and food. I want to be your friend, not your mom. Let’s not get crazy.)
I’ll see you in Nashville!
