Flashback Friday: Interview Your Volunteers

On this morning’s commute, I was tuned in to a station where the hosts were talking about one question in Bed Bath & Beyond’s hiring process:
“If you were a breakfast cereal, what kind would you be, and why?”
Of course, you need to take time to answer that for yourself. Because you’ll be thinking about it all day if you don’t.
(Go on. I’ll wait.)
But it made me think: what other companies go beyond the standard “Tell me about a time you handled conflict well” fare? And that’s where the internet came in.
A quick Google search revealed the Top 25 Oddball Interview Questions, according to job finding site Glassdoor. My favorites, in no particular order:
