Instead of Me: Punished
Christians around the world will celebrate Easter this weekend, and so I thought it fitting to postpone the normal blog content to join the celebration. At the Summit we’ve been in a series called “Instead of Me.” Each weekend we have witnessed a video that takes us back to the moments that Jesus was betrayed, accused, and tried. We’ve reflected on the mockery and scorn on the cross, knowing that Jesus took that punishment fully upon himself, instead of us.
