Danny Recommends: The Strategic Church
Every so often we dip our toes into a series called Danny Recommends:, posts that tip you off to the stuff that I…you know. The recommendations might be products for use in your ministry, resources that will help you develop leaders around you, or just fun stuff that you need. Want. Whatever. I have a full list of recommended books and such over at the Reading List, but these posts will go into further detail. For other posts in the series, check out the link at the bottom.
My friend Scott Ballard knows processes, and he loves people.
Scott and I have been coworkers since March of 2020, but have been Twitter friends for much longer. He came to us from The Village Church in order to tackle our ever-expanding database and website, and help us to marry the two together.
Scott recently launched a new site that I want to put in front of you. The Strategic Church is designed to help you streamline your planning, develop your digital strategy, marry your ministry with helpful data, and improve your communication with your team and your congregation.
He has helped us – and is helping us – do all of these things. In the last several years I’ve seen first-hand how Scott’s under-the-hood knowledge has helped our church make gains in how all of the above happens.
And now, Scott is distilling his years of experience and making it available to you. If you’re simply stuck with a tiny process issue, or dreaming about overhauling your entire church database, he’s the guy that I’ve pointed people to for years, and the guy that will set you up for success.
I can’t recommend Scott more highly. Schedule a call with him today to get started.
Check out The Strategic Church.

Disclaimer: FTC watchdogs will probably want to know that the individual listed / linked above asked for this endorsement, but did not provide me with compensation and/or free swag in order to do so. I’m just a really satisfied fan who wants to let you know about helpful things. I only promote items that have benefitted me and that I believe will benefit you. So there.
