2025 One-Day Workshops: the Triathalon

Our One-Day Workshops are back for 2025, but this time with a twist.

Since 2016, we’ve taken over 700 church leaders through a day-long deep dive on on particular topic. Historically, we’ve offered one topic per month, which means separate travel days and more time out of the office and away from family.

This year, we’re offering three of our most popular options in a three-day stretch!

All of our 2025 Workshops will take place in the last week of October. If you’re a Workshop newbie, you can hit all three topics in one trip. If you’re a veteran, you can fill in topics you previously missed or revisit an old favorite. Think of it as a swim / bike / run combo, without that pesky issue of your swim water rusting up your bike chain.

With each One-Day topic, you’ll get on-the-nose training, “I can do that!” ideas, and community with like-minded practitioners, all for a price that’s affordable enough to bring your entire team.

And the best part: more Workshops = more savings.

Here’s the 2025 fall lineup:

  • Tuesday, October 28: Guest Services. You’ll learn what it takes to build a Guest Services Team, how to develop a Sunday-morning vision for hospitality at your church, and how to navigate some of the challenges surrounding the “big three” … parking, seating, and first time guests.

  • Wednesday, October 29: Guest Services 2.0. Now that Sunday is covered, we’re moving to the other six days. We’ll focus on infusing a hospitable culture in every crevice of your church, impacting everything from hiring practices to the lead pastor’s office to top-tier volunteers to the sideline congregation member. (Previous attendance at our Guest Services One-Day is a prerequisite for 2.0.)

  • Thursday, October 30: Volunteer Culture. If you struggle with finding them, training them, keeping them, motivating them, or even firing them, you’ll discover some new ways forward as you equip the saints for the work of the ministry.

Each Workshop is still the same low price of $99 per person, which covers breakfast and lunch, snacks and drinks throughout the day, and helpful resources that you can put into practice immediately.

But when you register for more, you save more. One day of our One-Day is $99. Add a day / seat and save $20. Add two days / seats and save $40.

Register today!

Workshops are priced affordably, because we strongly encourage you to come with at least one other person from your team (staff or volunteers). Load up the van, and amplify the impact on your church! But remember: each event has limited space, and they often sell out. Lock in your team and RSVP today!
